"...Next up on our volunteer board of fame is Brian Colburn…Brian has always been a fast moving force, using various line-ups and staying out in front of the public both as a solo and with a group. Colburn has also been a proponent for several different benefits where he has offered his time and skills for those that needed them. Now he's back for this holiday season and chipping in for his areas needy kids again with the Toys for Tots program next week. He will be playing on Dec. 6 at the Cafe 222 in Livingston along with Sean Faust and Mitch Savoie. Also joining Brian onstage will be DC Slater (you may be familiar with his guitar styling's on Rewind and Literal Fiction) as well as Jason Gecek from the band Desire. Bring an unwrapped toy to donate to those kids less fortunate for this holiday season. The hope is that this event could turn into an annual event, giving the less fortunate some toys and the music listeners some sounds. Yeah, we know, its smack in the middle of the drinking season, but fer'Chrissakes', put down the shot glass for two seconds, buy a toy and support this dude. The show runs from 6 p.m. - 9p.m.and there is no cover.
